“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?”
“That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,” said the Cat.
“I don’t much care where–” said Alice.
“Then it doesn’t matter which way you go,” said the Cat.
“–so long as I get SOMEWHERE,” Alice added as an explanation.
“Oh, you’re sure to do that,” said the Cat, “if you only walk long enough.”

It all started when I decided to quit my full time job as an accountant back in 2012. I still do it as my day job, but probably not as fanatical as 40-60 hours a week like I used to and definitely not in a full time capacity although it gets like that sometimes.

This new found direction is quite exciting for me. For most of my work life, I have followed the conventional path in climbing the corporate ladder. Full time employment was great, but so is feeding and nurturing my soul by being creative.

I live in the wonderful city of Perth in Western Australia, am a mother of little one who keeps me busy. There are pockets of creativity here and there but it is really challenging – I barely have time to scratch myself.
