Goodness, this sketch is a little bit worse for wear. I found this while cleaning out some old documents the other day and this is my first recorded urban sketch – 1990 while on a school camp. This is to a nearby Rottnest Island off the coast of Western Australia.  The sketch was done in colour pencils and although it looks quite faded, I am loathe to touch something that I did 26 years ago.

It is seriously amazing what are some of the things I come across when doing some serious cleaning!
